RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY If you are not satisfied with the product you have purchased, then you can return it within 3 days of delivery. Products must remain unused, complete, and in a re-saleable condition with all included accessories for a full refund to be made. You will receive the refund within five to ten business days after the return of the item. To proceed with the return correctly, please contact us via our contact information and explain the matters of your situation as well as to give us the tracking information on a returned package. Please return your item(s) via recorded postal service and retain the proof of posting. All refunds are calculated on the NET Price; we will not refund any shipping costs incurred during this process. If an item is shipped back to us for a refund and is found to be incomplete, damaged or in a non re-saleable condition, you may be liable for a restocking fee of up to 50% of item cost depending on the extent of the damage/completeness. Hence a minimum of 50% of the amount charged will be refunded.All damages need to be reported within 24 hours of delivery. If you can see that your item is damaged when the courier delivers it, please tell the driver to make a note of any damage you can see and sign for as recieved but damaged.

SIGNATURE REQUIRED ON ALL SHIPMENTS All our products are sent out via courier and will require a signature upon delivery.All deliveries are between 7am and 9pm, Monday to Friday (excluding bank holidays). If you require a Saturday delivery, then please contact us for more information and pricing.For this item there is a seven - fifteen day dispatch time from the payment received date depending on order quantities. Please note that we are unable to forward to an alternate address once the order has left our warehouse. Customers are therefore reminded to make sure the delivery address provided during checkout is correct. All delivery dates are subject to the order being placed before the cut-off time of 1:30pm, availability of stock, clearance of funds and all security checks.
